• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must verify your email address to activate your account.

LeadCore AI provides an AI chat widget you can add to your website to talk with visitors, capture leads, and score and manage them in a dashboard. Features, limits, and plans may change over time as the product evolves.

When you capture data from your visitors through the widget, you are responsible for that data and for how you use it. You agree that you will:

• Have a lawful basis to collect and contact the leads you capture, and comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and anti-spam laws.
• Provide your own visitors with any notice or consent required by law regarding data you collect via the widget.
• Not use the Service to collect sensitive data you are not permitted to collect.
• Keep your own use of captured leads honest and non-deceptive.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, data, or our systems.
• Probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the platform, its security controls, or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Send spam, malware, or attempt to bypass rate limits, plan limits, or security measures.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or a security risk.

The Service uses AI to score leads and generate summaries. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided to assist you, not to replace your own judgement. You should review AI-generated results before relying on them.

The Service may offer free and paid plans with different features and usage limits. Where paid plans apply, the applicable prices and limits will be shown to you before you subscribe. We may change plans and pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You retain ownership of your account data and the leads you capture. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data to provide the Service.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadCore AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
